How does the process work?

After you place your order, please email 2 to 3 clear, high-quality photos of your pet to createandchaistudio@gmail.com. Feel free to send more photos! I’ll refer to them to create your portrait. When it’s finished, I’ll ship it to you or a loved one.  

I’m not sure what photos are best. Can I send them to you first?

Absolutely! You can email me at createandchaistudio@gmail.com and attach your photos, or send them through my contact form. I’m happy to take a look and help you choose the best ones for your portrait.

How long does the process usually take?

Typically, it takes about 2 to 3 weeks from the time I receive your photos. Around the holidays, it can take longer. 

What size are the portraits?

All portraits are 5 x 7 inches and can be done in either portrait (vertical) or landscape (horizontal) orientation, depending on your pet’s photo and what works best for the composition.

Do you offer larger size portraits?

Right now, I only offer 5 x 7 inch portraits. I like to keep things at an affordable price, but I’m considering adding larger sizes in the future—stay tuned!
